Daisey uses Standard Shipping via Australia Post. We ship orders out daily Monday-Friday. Your order will be shipped out 1-2 business days from when your order was placed. Please allow 2-10 days to receive your order from Australia Post. Unless we have a promotion that offers free shipping, below are our shipping rates:

Daisey’s refund policy only applies to Daisey products purchased from the Daisey online store.
At Daisey we understand that you might change your mind so if you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you’re able to return it for a full refund of the product(s) price within 7 days of receiving the product(s). You must ensure that care is taken when returning the item(s) to ensure that they’re protected, as we won’t be able to facilitate a refund if the product(s) is damaged when we receive it. Once we receive the returned item(s) we will send you an email advising you whether your refund is approved or rejected. From the receipt of the returned item(s), please allow 7-10 days for Daisey to process the refund. Please also note that Daisey cannot refund the costs that you encounter when returning product(s) to us. Please ensure that the below steps are followed if you would like to receive a refund:
Please note that only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. If you are shipping an item, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and we will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your refund has been approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7-10 days via PayPal.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank; there is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
